Does anyone know out of the 120 who applied for Rosyth ( 31 vacancies) how many are within 1km?

All 120 are within 1km... no need to apply if outside 1km. Ratio is 3.87 pax : 1 seat

I'm within 1km , I'm assessing the probability.
I understand tat the numbers published may include all applicants ( whether within 1km) or not. It may include ppl who are not within 1km even though we know definitely is ballot within 1km.

Hi! All the best n best of luck to u tomorrow.
We gv up our preferred choice of school (NYPS) as we do not hv the guts to go thro the ballot! We were v v lucky to get a place in HPPS…

Hope to hear good news from u.
Do you live within 1 KM from both NYPS and HPPS?
Hi!
I am within 1km to NYPP, 1-2km to PHPPS n >2km to HPPS. Since I dare not take the ballot risk in NYPS, we had no choice but to narrow our choice to either Pei Hwa or Henry Park.

When there were 3 places with 3 applicants left ant 4.15pm last tue in HPPS, there were 3 sets of happy parents as there was no ballot.

Read in the papers that only in 2011 where there is no ballot in HPPS!

I really admire those who are so brave to go thr the balloting exercise! Congrats to those who got into NYPP!

Confirm cannot use office address to register as it will not be reflected in the address bible that the school is using to check the distance of our addresses. I remember in the year I register my Ds1, a parent was asked what address is that reflected in his nric and he said his factory (as it was near the school). He was asked to go update the address in his IC first before the School can accept his application. Luckily it was the 1st day so I think he came back again after updating his address as from time to time I will see him at Sch fetching his kid.

I believe the parent who was interviewed outside the school used her home address as she said she stays in woodlands. The Sch had balloting for sc outside 2km.

2C phase.

Can anyone advice how does the allocation of the 2C work. I thought there was a requirement to allocate 20 seats but some schools had to ballot for 2B but then 2C has more than 20 seats.

Can anyone advise can i use my office address for registration under P2c instead of my house address ?

Or isit a must to use home address ?

If i use office address what docu do i need to provide ?
Office address can't be used, to register child.

However, there are some people who have turned their HDB flat into an office : tuition centre.

In that Duxton apartment 40 storey high in Cantonment area, some people have done that.
Residential address : part of it is for home use, another section turned into an office. They knocked down some walls, turn the study room very big, into a small tuition centre.

What's left from 2A2 is split btw 2B and 2C, 20 each to 2B and 2C is on top of these.

Stella I am exactly the same as u! Wanted to change plan to hpps since its confirmed slot.but still risky coz I was worried other parents would come at the last min. And my hub is working (obviously he is not keen in this idea cause he thinks logistic is a problem w e school bus )

And he wanted to take e risk, My frens also advisedly to go for it since this wk had been a rather lucky wk for me.

Thank goodness everything went well and now my 3 kids can walk to sch. So happy... Seriously it was mentally torturing.. N nerve wrecking.. E wait to the balloting day was so difficult. I am glad everything is over.. Now for the real stress ahead.. Got to keep my kids on their toes!
