Just to check if anyone can advise between Compassvale Pri and Rivervale Pri?

I am undecided between the both.

And I stay within walking distance. Except that Rivervale Pri is just a litte bit further to walk - not much.

Oh no dunno how…next week alr still cannot decide.

Based on past history, if you want higher chances to get in at 2C then go for Compassvale. Rivervale will definitely ballot for Sc within 1km. Compassvale may not need to ballot. Even if ballot your chances are much better than Rivervale. Not sure how to paste the url but you can see balloting history of sengkang schools on 1st pg of this topic. There is a link at the top.

School wise I am not sure. I just know after nan chiau, rivervale n north vista is next most popular.

next week will register for my girl and still can’t decide which school is better. Rivervale or north vista? I am staying about 1-2km from Rivervale and <1km
from North Vista. I have called Rivervale PS and they advised me try it on the second day just wait the result of vacancies. But I also heard North Vista and Plam View also good enough. Does some one can tell me about these two school? Thanks a lot!

Both Compassvale pri and rivervale pri offer higher chinese at the 2nd semester if the child does well for his or her chinese…

I don't think you will have much chance to even ballot at Rivervale. Most likely they will ballot even for SC within 1km.

Phase 2c is online registration. Both parents must login in with their singpass. If u prefer to register in person, I think u can. Child need not be present.
