      dicky:
So far, some mummies did enquired in this forum, to my understanding, they decided against it.

DS also have to go my mum-in-law place every morning. HB carried him and drove him all the way there before he wake up at about 8.30am - 9a.m. At nite we start to go to bed at 10.30pm. Noted the following which you may want to take note of:

      1. It depends whether we have good sleep given the previous nite weather. If did not have good sleep, DS can sleep till 10.30am.

      2. Morning is best time to guide DS as fresh attention. However too much studies, tuitions or spelling, he lost interest in class later afternoon.

      3. Nite time is gone case, as he is too tired to listen to anything. That why we just ensure he finished school work and guide him using activity-based learning. DS already very slow, but no choice...... 😞

You may wish to drop by personally at the RSS student care opposite RSS to enquire first-hand.

Good Luck in your Search.
Thanks so much for the details. How about after school? Will you pick up or he takes school bus?
We don't have grandparents to help also, either send to student care or hire a helper, but helper may cause more problems.

Will go to the student care take a look before decide. 😞

HB pick him up after school. DS grandma bring DS go school by cab. Again no choice here, if dun go school by 10 mins cab, DS has to take an hour school bus. That means no time to guide him in the morning. HB "sacrifice" his career to fetch him after school, and guide him at nite.

Sorry for the cool water, not against Student Care. It is a fantastic help should your kids are well-behaved, independent and needs only minimal supervision. DS had none of this qualities. Unlike most of his classmates.

hi, my DS is currently in the student care… he will wake up 730am n prepare himself… afterwhich his father will send him to the centre… he will take his breakfast in the centre n lunch in the school… the caretakers will check their homework every day n ensure the homework are done…

icic! i hope i can pick up girl after work.
no worries, my colleague also chose CC with after school care over the student care (not RSS), she said CC teachers are more caring, and the kids can take shower/nap if needed. I will source out CC as well.

for afternoon session, the parents have to pick up the child from the school directly…

i stay in simei. the grandparents have health issues so can't help us.
i knock off @6pm and should be able to reach school by 6:30pm if no traffic jam. can the kids wait at school if i'm late on some days?
cos if i let her take school bus, it will be near 1hr, after shower/dinner, she will be too tired to do h/w...hiaz. 😞

whr u work? can reach school in 1/2 hr?? yes, if u r late, the child can wait at the gate with teachers accompanying... like 2 weeks ago, i was late n he was waiting at the gate with his friends and teachers... no issue on this.

then how ur girl gog to school? y let her study RSS since u staying in simei?
