You may like to check out The Cognitive Hub at 12A Chun Tin Road (opp Beauty World).
Though my children are attending lessons for sec and JC, I know they do conduct lessons for the primary levels. My friend's neighbour sent her very reluctant daughter to their PSLE prep class and she has done a marvellous turn around. Their programme follows the new MOE curriculum revamp for all levels (I asked). Personally, I am very happy with what they are doing with my children and will recommend them any time. Your child will hv to sit for an evaluation though. PM me if you want to know more.
