Rulang estimated 80 SC within 1 Km... :scared:
==> did you called Rulang too? I called and the admin do not want to reveal the breakdown. He said is MOE guidelines not to reveal the breakdown and asked me to refer to MOE website in the evening for how many registered. But he said Rulang will ballot for 1km. But the question is how many applicants are within 1km? I need to make a decision soon. -

I called the admin mgr during lunch and was told estimated 80 plus SC within 1 km has applied so far. No exact figures was given. -
With or without spoon, I'm still thankful to be part of this parent's forum. Everyone has the amazing sharing spirit, kudos to everyone
