Rulang estimated 80 SC within 1 Km... :scared:
==> did you called Rulang too? I called and the admin do not want to reveal the breakdown. He said is MOE guidelines not to reveal the breakdown and asked me to refer to MOE website in the evening for how many registered. But he said Rulang will ballot for 1km. But the question is how many applicants are within 1km? I need to make a decision soon. -
Hello
Does anybody have the numbers for Kuo Chuan Presby and St Andrews?
Thanks very much in advance. I will try calling later as well, but thought I can save the admin a phone call if someone posts here.
Thanks. -
