FY2014 P2B for Rosyth -> 28 places versus 44 applicants.I am a GRL at AMK GRC staying within 1 km of Rosyth. Looking at the results this year for phase 2B, is it highly likely that I will have to do balloting for my child's application to Rosyth for 2015?
Does anyone have the numbers of the applicants and the places available for phase 2B?
Thanks in advance.
Balloting will be conducted for SC children residing within 1km of the school in this phase. Not sure how many applicants was SC < 1km thou. -
My registration is next year. I am eligible for the letter of endorsement.

Rosyth is the most over subscribed this year …

From chief kiasu analysis
"Our advice to parents at this stage is to be rational, and go for the school that they have the highest chance of getting into, and not the one that is already heavily over-subscribed. There are many good schools which require balloting in Phase 2C(S), which parents can avoid simply by registering for them in Phase 2C. Do your best to get your school by Phase 2C, as Phase 2C(S) is a wildcard and best avoided." -

Anyone that can share with me on the Afterschool Care? I always hear that in-house student care is better… Is that always true? Can any parents share their experience of ProTeach @ Rosyth.
Thanks -
hi Edwin,
i undertand the sch is calling a tender for after school care, so can’t apply to put your child in it now coz’ it may not be pro teach next year. they will allocate more space for after school care since the school will go single session next yr. more details during orientation in oct. -
This is the 3rd year Rosyth is having Proteach as its after-school care within the school compound. Doubt it will suddenly change.

pen,
the teacher I spoke to said quite a high chance pro teach will get it, but from now till then, I guess I can’t register my kid yet. anyway I’ve been trying to contact pro teach and the person-in-charge hasn’t called me back since last month!
