I have registered my son at BPPS and as of yesterday, 77 SC < 1km have registered. So will have to go through balloting on 6th Aug.
This is my first time. Please, could somebody share how does the balloting process go on that day and do we need to be there?
Thanks -

What is bpps?
Its Bukit Panjang Primary Sch -
For withdrawal, must we take queue number and join the queue with the registrants or is there a separate queue for withdrawal? Thanks

Usually take Q no. Dont forget you have to bring original IC both parents and the red slip of registration form that you had from registration -
Phrase 2C registrations is seriously no fun and jokes at all

Re: Kuo Chyuan Presby.
Not sure if anyone has better luck in getting more stats from this school. Apart from telling you that balloting is required, the lady is unwillingly to share much.
However, when I called this morning to again probe, the admin lady mentioned to me that for 1-2km, balloting required, 21 going for 1 place. I find that incredulous and unbelievable. So I paraphrased and asked if all 64 vacanices are all taken by those within 1km (I didn’t quite get a reply on it).
I wonder if anyone on this thread have better info and tell me that I had misunderstood or heard wrongly. I am so doubtful about it and intend to pay a personal visit to clarify.
AiTong school on the contrary seems to be a better alternative now. -

In that case, preschools could be the ones that pitched to the Pri Sch as part of the former's \"field trip programme\"
It didn't cross my mind that such visits were initiated by the Pri sch. My dd2 attends a church kindy n they were brought to Horizon Pri. (Hee, that sch is so 'hot', no need any publicity hor). My older girl said a group of K2 students visited their (all-girls) sch. The boys in the group must be wondering how come this school only hv jie-jies, no gor-gorsjetsetter:
My guess is there was a publicity campaign done by the school (with MOE?) and some preschool chains? It allowed current K2-ers visit their premises to experience P1 life, i.e. joining the real primary sch gor gors and jie jies to queue up to buy canteen food, check out their classes, basketball courts, etc. My DS was very impressed with Sengkang Green and told me about it the whole week.
Yours went to Horizon...perhaps that's why Horizon Pri is HOTTER this year! -
Withdraw same process parents ic n the reg forms v fast 5 mins at APS!

Just called SAPS. Based on the data from first 2 days, need to conduct ballot for SC < 1km…
