Parents, both my DS told me today that there is announcement that tomorrow they can wear traditional costume if they have no PE lessons.

Hi, parents out there, can someone enlighten me how to get into Phase 2B for MBS? There is no PV so the only way is through recommendation letter from SBF. How to be a SBF Member and how to get the recommendation letter? Any experienced parents who have gone through this route appreciate your advise.
