I feel that if you are not comfortable with your maid doing that, you should be free to send her back.
If she had been uncomfortable with handling pork in the first place, as requested by her to wash her hands with soil, I wouldn’t have hired her at all. She may have felt compelled to touch what she deemed unclean. -

Ha! I switched out the devices on midnight Friday. She watched porn again on Sunday. This time, she was careful to delete the browser history but not so careful to close tabs.

Everyone tolerate level is different. So what is your tolerant level? I will be uncomfortable, I will be worry that she "touch" my kids while watching.
I am one who can tahan maid with handphone, use facebook and even stealing. I just need to keep my valuable items lock. But I can’t tolerate maid who watch porn and hunger for MEN. -
Maybe I’m inflexible, but no, I will not tolerate my maid watching porn, especially with young kids around. Worse still, watching porn on a device that my kids have access to. Like you said, history is not cleared, tabs are not closed, it’s just a matter of time that the kids will "accidentally" enter these websites too.

Yup she definitely knows that I know or that I check. She got nervous about her employment and was a lot more animated when playing with the oldest. Yesterday, my husband asked me for help as he forgot his towel. She volunteered to get it for him. I’m like, what? no, that’s fine, I’ll do it. Haiz. No kidding on the ball, amiright or amiright.
