May I know whats the criteria to continue HCL and when will the sch advise to drop to normal CL?

My dd already struggles with Chinese at K2 level (same as me, hahaha), don't want her to be overly stressed with trying to manage HCL..
Consistently maintain at least minimum 85 marks and above, in Year end Chinese results, from P1 to P6.
      School looks for consistency.

In our school, besides Chinese students taking HCL, some children from inter-mixed marriage race are also taking HCL, all the way from P1 to P6.

      example
students with (Indian / Malay father, Chinese mother), or

students with (Chinese father, Indian / Malay mother), or

students with (Western father, Chinese mother), or

students with (Chinese father, Western mother), or

      both parents are Indians, or

      both parents are Westerners (angmo).

As for Chinese students here, they may be our local Chinese Singaporeans / PRs, or students with China parents.

            Hi, Praise the LORD.

            Our daughter got it.
This year saw the most SC parents outside >2km getting into RGPS.
According statistics, this never happened in past 2 years (or probably more). We are glad we got into RGPS.
It's not going to be a smooth ride due to travelling, but we choose this path and we will continue in it. God be the strength for our girl.
            Giving Thanks! 😄

Tomorrow sch bus come very early, to fetch girls.

The school bus will be filled with chatty P1 to P6 girls, unlike daily norm where only got P1 and P2 girls.
School bus should reach school, before 7 am.

No, we are within one km from the school. Looking forward to 2016 when the school shifts back to Hillcrest! My girl can then walk to school. 🙂
