I usually see the school buses when I drop off my DS around 7am - 7.10am.

If the buses reach so early, it also means students in the East taking the bus will have to leave the house early to catch the school bus. Parents should find out the bus routing and pick-up time because the school buses may not be suitable for everyone.

YOUTH SCIENCE CONFERENCE 2014

(Organized by Science Mentorship Programme 2014)

The Science Mentorship Programmes (SMP) are structured to develop interest and talent in scientific research amongst our pupils. It provides opportunities for pupils with interest and aptitude in science to deepen their knowledge in a particular area, to learn about the latest research developments and to be challenged by the intellectually stimulating process of scientific research.

Youth Science Conference (YSC) is the culminating event of the SMP. This event showcases through posters and oral presentations all the projects in the programmes to an audience of peers, teachers and scientists.

NUS High School won:

1 x 3M Young Scientist Award

6 x Certificate of Distinction

2 x Certificate of Merit

Overall the best performing of all IP and SBGE-schools participating in the SMP 2014.

On other note, NUSH Year 3 qualify for the National Science Challenge 2014 for the 2nd successive year.
