Wait! You're leaving soon right? Itinerary not up? Or hotels all booked but details not worked out? DH also asking for itinerary. I used to write it out macham tour brochure. He adds pics. -

Nowadays, just download mobile apps on the city's must-sees, city map, subway map, TimeOut F&B listing, and weather forecast and off we go. We only roughly discuss our itinerary on the plane or upon checking in at our hotel.TheAnswer:

I usually travel & pack at the very last minute; never planned a single holiday >2 mths ahead cos I dunno when DH/I could take leave. Can be as short as <1 week...and boomz, I vanish! :siam:
It's a fallacy that you can't get good deals by planning late. There are last-minute-booking promos all year round... -

Actually if working full time, just a few public holidays isn't enough.
True. Heard from someone saying that Singapore is one of the countries that has the least Public Holidays. I remembered in the past - there was one for Thaipusam.
They took away another one but cant remember which one. I have to go n find out. -
Our public holidays are allocated to different race and religion.
If only there is another one for thaipusam…first half of the year has more than 2nd half. After June, it is harder to pass.
I usually ask hubby to apply leave for youth day and day after national holiday so that we can go out. -
I always feel that the 2nd 1/2 of the year seem to fly by. Before I know it, kids exam, then holiday, then Christmas and we will be bidding the year bye bye.

I agree. This month seems to fly so fast. 2 more months before we say goodbye to 2014 n welcome 2015.
