      but if you see school dentist : no need to pay, dental treatment is free for all primary school pupils

          For emergency case, the child can do a walk in during recess or after school.

            Wow that would be helpful to walk in during recess. Thanks. Will ask the school if dental is open during the first few days where parents be ard

                Are there exams for Maha Bidhi P1 pupils? Although MOE mentioned no exams for P1, some schools still have exams for P1 students.

                    May I check also? Does the school provide 小母指 fortnightly magazine for the students? I was thinking of subscrbing but don’t want to waste the monies if the school does provide. Thanks in advance.

                        Yes. They don't call it \"exams\" nowadays but \"assessment\".
                        For P1 this year, term 2, 3 and 4 have \"exams\", only term 1 is honeymoon. There's oral and picture conversation included in the assessment for Term 4 too. Even though we speak Chinese at home, we usually find that the Chinese paper is the most difficult, so be prepared to ramp up Chinese for the child.....
