Hi mummies, we are new to Sg. Just moved here a week ago and am looking for a child care centre for my 18mo (she was born in 2013 too !). We are next to Lorong Chuan MRT so I guess it’s still within the Serangoon area.


Any recommendations ???

I staying at lor chuan (serangoon garden). Still hunting for playgroup for my 21 mth gal. Have any one visit Li Hwan Babies by the Park? I thinking of sending her there.

Looking for this thread! I live at Li Hwan… I havent checked Babies by the Park, but I’m gg to view Blossom Discovery Centre this Saturday. Will provide feedback!

I believe most Child care center provide play groups.
Not sure if you have been to this site, but you can find listings here https://childcarelink.gov.sg/ccls/home/CCLS_Home.jsp
with search criteria based on location - Serangoon.
There are several CC around Lor Chuan

if you drive, I will recommend sunflower ikids at 33 Saraca road. At seletar estate. I stay in kovan, CC around were all full or on wait list, so by stroke of good luck found this school.


Now both my girls are there - the teachers are so dedicated and staff turnover is very low. It used to be under Cambridge franchise but was acquired by Sunflower.
