I think it's more like 90%. why else would our kids have to attend tuition in order to pass school exams??

I will be honest. DD has Chinese and Math tuition. Chinese since preschool and Math only starting this year. She will still pass both subjects without tuition. Just that Chinese most probably at 60+ max and Math at 70+ max. Still a pass.

I do not do much for both her English and Science actually aside from bringing her to Popular to pick out some assessments and resources and printing past years' exam papers come exam period.

But in reality, it's not MOE that is making you kancheong...it's the next kid who could score full or close to full marks that is making you kancheong. No?

no...it's the worry of whether the child goes to express or normal which makes parents kancheong.

Any idea what kind of 4-subj average these kids who eventually end up in NA/NT were getting in school for P5/6?
