Did you counter ask the Principal / VP : why they doubt the authencity of your child’s baptism certificate, when you show it to them ?
You may ask them : who or where else in Sg, can help you verify the truth of the baptism cert ?
Because you come from a different country, schools are now being cautious, when come to P1 admission intake matter, as vacancies are precious to Sg own children’ Need. -

Its not my child's baptist cert. Its mine (dated back in 1976).
Alternatively, have to find a church to get my child baptist here instead.
Thanks anyway for your advise -
Any parent here uses Morning Star before school care services? Can provide some feedback?

I just registered my gal for next year as she will be going to P1 next year. Hence, yet to know how is this student care.
Just to share with you the centre is very big. -
I roughly saw the place, was hoping some kind parents will share the daily routine and what happens during school holidays.

Looking forward to P1 Orientation Day tomorrow

-
Me too, I just hope that there are no long queues for the remaining items that we’re supposed to purchase… sigh
-
But the letter says that there will not be sale of any uniforms/books/name tags tomorrow. What are the remaining things you need to buy? May have to go again on those days that the vendors are there. I did not manage to get everything on Admin Day too. For uniforms, I got them from the vendor’s ‘shop’ at Kallang Pudding on Saturday coz the alternative dates that they’ll be in school are weekdays, which is inconvenient for working parents.

I was under the impression that we’re supposed to get the PE T-shirts and shorts tomorrow? You managed to get those already?
I vaguely remembered the remaining Chinese books we need to buy in Dec? -
Oh yes yes yes… I totally forgot about PE uniform! Yeap, school bookshop sells them. Paisay
Yah… Chinese Books can only buy in Dec.
