I am confused. Does it mean that those who are offered Jap, German, French and Spanish are top 10% of the cohort and they will be offered EESIS as well?
They are top 10% of cohort to be offered Jap, German, French and Spanish , but EESIS is only offered to approx top 3% of cohort (not 10%). -

EESIS is only for top 3% of cohort (not official but should be around there) -

Only those in top 3% are offered EESIS, which incidentally they will also be offered Jap, German, French and Spanish. But those who are offered these foreign languages will not be offered EESIS as well if the child is top 4-10% of the cohort... -

250 is the past trend. For 2013, it was 249 and this year may likely to be 249 thereabout too. 250 could be top 8% or 9% now.Sexyviper:
