Hi, I think our kids all went thru it. It’s just that I didn’t know what they call it. No consent taken. Parents not told. My 2 kids P6 and P4 had some tests on Eng and ??Maths I think. No need to prepare. It is to pick up the kids who have problem with basic skills. Those students would then need to attend extra remedial lessons to catch up.

Thanks ksmama. Yeah, I won't be asking my son to prepare for anything. It is better to see how he fares and if he needs to go for remedial lessons so be it. -
I’ve just received email from the Sch that I’ve completed the 40 hrs parent volunteer, for my son registration this year to p1 next year… Hope able to make it !
Any parents here are in the same position as me ? If so, hope our children will get in , at least we have nor wasted our effort !!! -
Hello everybody! I am a old BPPS student...
Yes BPPS is always one of the best school...
My child was also in BPPS...now my child is in RV
Do you know that my chinese teacher Ms Wong who taught me in the 70s is still in BPPS...
She even taught my daught in the 90s....Wow!!!
She is a great teacher...
Also P6 Form teacher is still around....also taught my girl PE.
Time really files....
Wonder whether my grandchildren will go to BPPS or not??? -
Which year does streaming take place?
When my elder boy was still with BPPS in P3, there was a SAIL programme for those pupils who showed a strong inclination for Maths, does the sch still hv such programmes?
Are there special programmes for P4 high ability pupils?
TIA your inputs -

Hi parents
Just want to check under phase 2c, is there ever any successful intake to BPPS for children staying at Bukit Panjang(Senja area) ? Heard BPPS is one of the "hot" school in the neighbourhood and balloting required even for <1km…
Also for school bus arrangement, what is the usual time for pickup from home and what time will the kids reach home after school?
Appreciate some advises…
Many thanks! -

Hi Hi, we were thinking whether to register our child to BPPS or another school. How are the teachers in this school? I’m sure the school does well academically… How about the general teaching philosophy of the teachers - do they push alot in academics or they encourage other soft skills like creativity, moral values, leadership skills, building confidence etc? What are some of their strong CCAs? Thanks a lot…
