      Hi,

Yesterday just attended the RI talk. Realised that my DS chosen Spanish for his 3rd language, the MOELC is located in Newton.

Will anyone experience be able to advise how your kids travel to Newton MOELC? Believe the kids maybe late for lesson as by the time dismissal, its already 1.30pm.

      Thank you.
You may check with RI admin office. For RGS, the sch has arranged with vendor to provide the transport either 2pm or 2.30pm and the girls just pay $55 annually ( $5 per trip ) for this.

Quite silly, it's such a cheap taxi fare from RG to the centre, my niece normally shares a cab with friends (works out to about the same as a bus ride each!)

Hiring or booking a cab is a real problem esp during heavy downpour and they may not reach on time. $55 doesn't cost much as it gives an ease of mind having to ferry students fr RGS to Bishan MOLEC in this instance.

Yesterday accompanied my boy to do registration, really well organized and seniors are quite friendly.

Hi GiftedGem, what 3rd language did your DD choose?

MOELC will sort it out. I think you'd be able to arrange for another class or if it affects the entire batch then they'll probably open another class

Hi ,we don’t want our boy to take third language options as it will give him more stress. Is that ok? Any disadvantage?

Anyone else traveling to RI from CCK? Is there any school bus service or alternative? Tks

Hi, I just now replied to your PM. During registration at RI yesterday, there were three transporters giving out leaflets. I already made arrangements with the one which suited me. You can try calling him. Name/number in your PM.
