Just another word to attract attention.
What is the impact on our daily lives? Whether inflation or deflation, prices of all things continue to climb, just a matter of speed that is all.

A common excuse to increase food price is to "renovate" the place. After renovation, then the rental increases…then the food no choice has to increase and the poor hawkers have to explain to the customers…

Hawkers increase price claiming they have no choice...and those prices will not decrease again even if there is deflation.

They are trying to be optimistic saying next year, price will only decrease 5-7% and then after that it will recover...

But as we can see, depression will only start after 2016 and that should be when the real crash comes.

All we know now is that flats and condos are having hard time to rent out. Although price remains there, it is getting harder to rent out and the volume is so pathetically low. I even read that there is an increase of auctions of condos at great bargain price.

Housing prices in Singapore posted biggest drop across several asia pacific markets…yr on yr in 3Q…( though biggest drop as compared to other asia markets, it 's only few %)

Yes…auction by banks increase significantly…highest seen in the recent 5 yrs …
( as anticipated… by looking at the housing bubble building itself up these recent yrs )…

Prices of SG cars would largely dependent on the govt direction of COE quota…
