Have all mummies confirmed on the school bus service already? I have submitted the registration form and they mentioned they will get back to me on the exact pickup and dropoff point once confirmed. Waited till today and they finally called me but they got my address wrong in their database. Said will call me back again but I have waited for 4 hours. I called them and they informed that the drop off point for my child is 4 blocks away from our house. That is very far! Both pick up and drop off points are at different places.

Hi Elvi_76,
There are no direct bus as in the bustop is just outside the school. The nearest bustop also requires 5-8 mins walk to the school. The Jelapang LRT is the nearest to the school which also require a 5-6mins walk. Currently the authority are building a cover walk way between the LRT station and the school. Tks for sharing![/quote]I heard from LTA that two new bus stops are being constructed. The stops will be located by 547C and 548B. They will only be a short walk to the school from either bus stop. The services that will call at the stops are the following: 922, 972 and 971E. This is great news along with the news of the covered walkway from Jelapang LRT station to the School entrance.

I don't have the details of e-mail as my child is in P2 but I do come across this announcement from the school website: First day of school
An email was sent to the email address you provided to the school. The email is regarding the instructions for first day of school on 2 January 2015. If you did not provide an email address, a letter was mailed to your postal address. Do call the school at 6314 4192 if you have any queries.
Maybe you would like to check your e-mail again sometimes the mail can end up under the spam mail. Anyway not too worry about day 1 as it will be getting your child to be familiar with the school. All the text books & exercise books most likely will only need to be bring the following week where the actual study start. I still remember the 1st day of my child we are only ask to bring along colour pencils and the drawing bag.

Hi. I did received email from school dated 28th Nov.


I quoted some important information from the letter as below.

What to bring on the 1st day of school :

1) pencil case
2) colouring pencils
3) a story book
4) a water bottle

Students will be advised by their respective Form teacher & subject teachers when to bring their books.

Formal academic lessons will begin on 5th Jan.

As for recess on 1st day of school :

Classes : 1A, B, C & H
Recess : 9.30am to 10.15am
Remarks : Parents of students from 1A, 1B, 1C & 1H will enter the school from 9.15am onwards.

Classes : 1D, E, F & G
Recess : 10.30am to 11.15am
Remarks : Parents of students from 1D, 1E, 1F & 1G will enter the school from 10.15am onwards.

There will be a P2 buddy assigned to your child. The buddy will accompany your child/ward & show him/her how to buy food during recess for the 1st day of school.

You may ‘observe’ your child/ward from a distance in the canteen during recess.

Parents will be allowed to observe their child during recess on 2nd Jan only
