Any idea what is NUSH cut off this year ? Checking on somebody's behalf. Thanks.

        256

Is 256 the cutoff for S1 posting? What is DSA Phase 2?

Just heard someone got into NUSH dsa phase 2 with 250. Claimed it's via dsa phase 2 but he selected the school only after receiving the PSLE results.

        S1 posting = Dsa phase 2 for NUSH ?

Trying to find out more info on NUSH for a friend.

          1. What are the requirements for yearly promotion to the next level? What happens if these requirements are not met? Do the students get retained for one year or just the modules? Will they be asked to transfer out of the school?

          2. How are the passing rates like in Year 6 so far? All graduated with NUSH Higher Diploma? How does one differentiate a good diploma from the rest? Grades?

          3. Do 100% of NUSH students qualify for uni studies? If not, what happens to those without any university’s acceptance?

            Admissions Process
There are two admission phases for Year 1:
            (a) Direct School Admission (DSA) Phase 1 - Selection Test, Camp & Interview
            (b) Direct School Admission (DSA) Phase 2 - PSLE

So DSA phase 2 is equivalent to S1 posting and is based on PSLE score?

If so, then cutoff is definitely not 256 but lower than 256. Friend's son is 250.

After Psle results out, there may be kids who appeal and got in, even though they may not meet 256 Cut off point, this year.

For appeal cases, they may not just look only at T-score, alone

Not appeal case. It's via Dsa phase 2, didn't have to appeal.

                      NUSH is really confusing.

Anyway, dun think the boy got CO for NUSH.

                      Is 256 from official source?
