This is disgraceful. Feel sad for the kids. Practiced for months and their performance got disrupted.

I subscribe more to the Bertha Henson article. A call for people to \"stand up to anarchy\" is as extreme as the acts of the so-called anarchists themselves. In the larger context, that event itself, while showing the protesters to be rude and mindless, does not deserve more response than the mere shaking of our heads.

Once upon a time, a boy was walking along a path when he spotted a shovel that a farmer had left behind. He picked up the shovel and dug a big muddy hole. Then he jumped into the hole. It seemed like a good idea at the time.

He discovered that he could not get out of the hole he had just dug. In a desperate attempt to get out, he dug deeper. He soon realized to his dismay that digging deeper did not help at all. Finally, he cried for help. A passerby was alerted to his predicament and came running.

The passerby asked the boy, "How did you fall into the hole?"

"Well, you see, it’s the farmer’s fault. He left this shovel here…"

            Still on digging...here's from Chief:

Want to protest also must use brains lah. They simply dug a hole for themselves to fall into and made themselves not only irrelevant, but notorious.

Devadas view is more extreme I agree. Like Mr Brown's post the most:

Point is, Roy et al u were given your designated turf to rant. No one is stopping u from ranting and furthering ur cause. But if u insist on crossing ur boundaries, and encroach into not just anyone's turf, but the turf of a bunch of performers w special needs, u aren't gonna just get my head shaking.

Lol. To be more complete, the passerby jumped into the hole with the boy and started digging some more. When the boy protested and asked why she had to come dig in his hole instead of her own designated hole, she said: \"Why cannot? Show me which law says I cannot?\"
