Only know address is at geylang lor 29. The clan is at geylang lor 29. My dada has no telephone number. Maybe someone can go and check out and see wat is neededthiasy:

one of my fren tried to get sponsor for SHHK a few years but not successful. She went to the chinese cultural groups which SHHK has held classes for children. She approached the parents who are waiting for their children to ask if they can be her sponsors. A lot of them rejected her on the spot until one uncle felt so sorry for her that he becomes her sponsor and get another fren to sponsor her. If you are quick thick skinned, can try what my fren did

from what you just shared : seems like men more willing to help, than women.
So another place to look for sponsor, is to attend SHHK lessons, bump into some kind, helpful parents.
Not all kids who attend SHHK lessons, come from SHHK affliated schools. Some are not.
perhaps can approach those parents whose kids happen to study in SHHK affliated primary schools, to help.
What does the sponsor need to do (besides sign form), in order to help introduce someone new into SHHK ? -

If i remember correctly you need to be a member in order to attend the SHHK lessons. Even if the parents whose kids are not in the same school which you want to register, they are not so willing to help. Cos like i say the sponsor beside signing the form has to put down the NRIC name and the NRIC numbers. who would want to go and give your NRIC to strangers or people whom you do not know?larkspur,
