Initially wanted to DIY. Have went thru loads of thinking after 2nd boy destroy my flashcards, and that left me to think that \"what if he destroy these alphabets cards as well?\" So I thought cards is not lasting especially if it landed on my 2nd boy. Also I want my kiddy to press and feel the stroke, that also left me to think that card is not lasting as well.

Hubby laughed at me for wasting time in DIY. Said that the time and effort I DIY, might as well go and have a break by watching shows or log onto internet. :stupid: Hubby also said the $ will be well spend since got 2 kids. In the end, I ended up buying the alphabets sandpaper instead.

Gotten the lower and uppercase sandpaper letters (wood base; 6 by 6\") for $40. That works out $0.76 per sandpaper alphabets on wood base. So worth it lah. :celebrate: At least I have time to log onto internet lah.

Yes, the original versions and ones used in classrooms are usually the

wooden based ones as they are more sturdy for mass usage. šŸ˜‰

I think Chief already sent the file to trash bin. Can't send attachment via pm. Maybe you can let me have your email address so that I can email it to you.

                    Hello Spring and Jazz,

I got the item from http://www.r2learntoys.com

You can get them to send you close-up pictures of the item. I did lah. check out their clearance items. šŸ˜Ž

If you want to save cost on courier charges, just simply ask if they can meet up with you at the Tiong Bahru MRT. That is what I did lah. But the items were so heavy.

sorry don't know how to load pictures.

Very sorry jesschan... it is just that I have a very old copy of MS Office that was not able to open your file.

I have placed the file here for all the download:
                      http://www.iinspyre.com/kspfiles/user/abc.zip

Note that you need Office 2007 or above to open the file.

                        Nice work jesschan! :celebrate:

You improvised on the Phonics songs and
made it your own with a Powerpoint presentation
and also used real pictures as much as possible instead
of those cartoonish ones wherever you can. Kudos to u, girl!

                        :udawoman:

PS : Century Gothic font complements the Montessori Sandpaper
Letter Cards very well, instead of the Times New Roman if one is
trying to reinforce hands-on lesson.. (except for maybe the letter
'q' if i recall correctly)... just to share. šŸ˜‰

Once again, jesschan.. nice work and effort! :ugogirl:
