      schweppes:
Project work (not just referring to A levels) is a tricky thing.

Students who are passive, shy, introverts do NOT necessarily mean that they are at a losing end. Important thing is to show that they are able to contribute positively to the group. Cannot expect every group member to be a leader. Too may village chief wannabes in a group sure to clash!!

I'd be more concerned if the student is one or more of the following:

      - domineering/ aggressive
      - self-centered
      - free-rider/ slacker
      - toxic worker

Shy or otherwise, more important is to have a positive attitude and work ethics; make one-self relevant and useful.
Good points! I've told my daughter to be as cooperative as possible, and to do her fair share of the work. She's not a natural leader, and also a day-dreamer, so I've told her that she must pay attention pull her weight or her group will get fed up with her.

PW is not easy. I have heard from dd stories of how challenging it was to work with a group.

Thanks all who have shared on PW.

I gained a deeper understanding and appreciate more on the rationale behind PW.
I do not want to take up PW ๐Ÿ˜›

PW, individual presentation plays an important weightage too. If you canโ€™t speak well to present your work, get nervous and speak so soft that cannot be heard, it can be a disaster.

Any idea which day (traditionally) of the week will it be given out?

This week has been very mentally draining.

                      Itโ€™s time to move on.

Hi everybody! I am looking for JC Tuition for my boy who is in JC1. Which are the recommended tuition centres (for all subjects) located in Bishan? Thank you for your help!
