U can try iherb. Just key in lactase in its search engineJennifer:
You can try eating lactase tablets when you eat dairy foods. Avoidance is still better, but sometimes you can't avoid or the dairy is hidden. We buy them from overseas as we can't find them in Singapore.
I was about to ask where to buy the tablets.

We've been getting \"Lactaid\" tablets from Vitacost, but I guess they are pretty much the same. I don't understand why pharmacies in Singapore don't carry lactase tablets considering that lactose intolerance is quite common in Singapore. The only ones we've seen come with other enzymes and probiotics, not just lactase alone.
:thankyou:schweppes:

This morning I confirmed the blood in my mouth is not due to brushing and bleeding gum. It really comes from the throat. I had not brushed my teeth, yet spit out phlegm with some blood.
I yet to receive the blood test results done on last Tues. The clinic said they will email to me. -
Oh dear, Jennifer, I hope it’s nothing serious. Pls take care.

The ultrasound scan showed some inflammation. A blood test was done to determine the cause.

with hypothyroidism, I am considered normal except for the regular check ups with doctor...insurance company doesn't consider me 'normal', so it put me in a category with higher premium
my condition is stable...so follow up is every 9 months. -
I weigh 52+kg this morning.
