Can I check if there will be any holidays activities or classes for Pri 1 students? Not sure if pri schs have activities for the kids during the holidays like in kindergartens

Hi, my daughter will be Pri one in 2016. Pardon my ignorance but I need some advice.
1) Is it certain RGPS will go single session in 2016? I understand Henry Park Pri was supposed to go single session in 2015 but only informed the parents in end Dec 2014 that they can’t. It really messed up all the parents’ schedule!
2) I happen to chance upon RGPS Pri One booklist. I notice the students are told to buy Higher Chinese textbooks. Do all students take HCL from Pri One to Six?
3) What are the school hours for Pri One, excluding fun CCAs?
4) How many PE days does a Pri One have?
5) When RGPS was in Hillcrest before the Reno, was the traffic, before school starts, very bad? How much extra time did you have to set aside to drop your dd at school?
