If u can come for the meetup event, it would be good.

I ever helped a couple save $600 off their travel by doing some slight adjustments to their schedule. 😃

thks for putting the event. but a bit difficult as am in the midst of exams.
      and, it's mother's day!

any family friendly recc on where to stay in tokyo city?
my kids are 9 n 11 but they look like twins n small sized.
hotel breakfast not a must but wifi will be much appreciated.

take train thought is convenient enough right?

You can consider staying in Mercure Ginza Tokyo. We family of 4 stayed there in last Nov., their twin beds room is not too small.

I stayed in kadoya hotel 2 years ago. They have triple room, so my hubby & son shared 1 bed. Location is great with lawson convenient store just besides it & eateries & shops nearby. Airport limousine bus stop located 5 min walk away.

I think sunroute shinjuku also got triple room but must book directly with hotel website.

                      Day 4 (wed) - DisneySea
                      Day 5 (thur) - Tokyo
Day 6 (fri) - Yokohama day trip
Day 7 (sat) - Mt Fuji + Gotemba outlet shopping. Back to Tokyo.
                      Day 8 (sun) - Tokyo -> Osaka

Day 10 (tue) - Osaka -> Kyoto (maybe skip) -> Tokyo
                      Day 11 (wed) - Tokyo
                      Day 12 (thur) - Tokyo
Day 13 (fri) - Leaving on 5pm flight. sayonara.

purposely choose weekdays for theme parks to avoid crowds.

U are going to Osaka just for the USJ? A bit wasted. Why not spend some time at Kobe and Himeji?
