      Hi,

Yes, I agreed with you. But it will depend on the kids.

For my first one, i enrol him when he is K2, but end up he is coping okay under arithmetically but in term of understand the analyse of problem sum, he is still weak but concept wise still acceptable.

As the girl in K1, just enrol her and now she is learning to count. She is more of playful type and i will need to read the instruction to her. Will see her progress as it go along.

For some centre, they will enrol kid when they know how to count from no. 1 to 10 before take in the student.

My son has the same problem. The teacher related to me that CTM just makes him feel so frustrated. But my girls enjoy CTM. I was having this conversation with her that I wonder if it's because of my son's earlier exposure to Kumon that make him more arithmetically inclined???? That's why he has a barrier towards CTM questions. :?

My K1 just started level 3 this week. Yes, she needs people to read the instruction to her at this stage. But she is fairly motivated to quickly complete her enopi homework. She is also the playful and chatty type....

                    Hi June,

Yes, my gal is attending the enopi maths now. She has just started, hopefully she is enjoying.

Shall see how is her progress as she actually started earlier by at the age of 5 instead like her brother who started at K2.

                      Hi Constance,

My kid also enrol in numberlinks, i find it quite okay. Basically, i believed that their enopi maths is about the same as other programme. Just that they are also emphasis in the area of analysis maths once they reach P1 or P2 depends on their capability.

I am not quite sure the other outlet offer anything outside of Enopi. Initially, I was also enquiry programme from other outlet, but i come upon their website. I just go ahead and have no regret because i felt that children must really enjoy their math and build up their basic foundation else the higher level they go, they might dislike math more if they cannot perform.

This is only my thinking at my end.
                      Hello!

Does your Dd find it intimidating for her since she's only 5yrs old when she started enopi maths (@ numberlinks i.e.)?
Do you get to speak with the teacher on her progress after each lesson?
Does it mean the child is given explanation on some concepts on how to complete the worksheet...than proceed to complete it within the stipulated time ?
Any worksheets to bring back? Do you see any significant changes in your child..like being more motivated etc?
