I’ve sent my kid for therapies and initiated a behavioural monitoring system in school. Form teacher and AED couldn’t provide sufficient support. Really do not know what to do.

I have started medication for my son . But seem like after medication he become more impulsive and throw tantrum alot and teacher is monitor him he seem to like lost the freedom, but if teacher will to let him join his class mate he will tend to disturb others of hurt others. Can any mummy pls advise.

my boy had just been diagnosed with adhd last month.
I was really sad that I couldn’t find support group or ppl to share info with me.
in sg there are so minimal info available.
I was very blurred by KKH when I initially visited. its like ding dong here and there. I have decided to go private and do kkh concurrently.

are u all doing the same too?

can I asked why u decide to give him medication? is it cos of kkh doctor advice? their last resort is always medication.
she asked me to give him medication but I refused! I believe once started will need to continue for a long long time

My son keep forgetting to bring his water bottle, pencils case home, not focusing in class and disturbing classmates does it look like adhd.how is ADHD dignose?

I have same issue too.. everyday complain from his student care teacher and enrichment teacher..cannot focus, disturbing the class... I suspect his is ADHD child... how to get referral to KKH?
