      Hi,

Need some advice…my ds has been complaining I think it’s a corn underneath his big toe for couple of months. I tried those corn plasters on him but it does not work at all.
Anyone has any experience ? Or should I bring him to a GP or a podiatry doc for such cases ?? Thanks !

Yes, bring him to GP. Btw, how old is him?

It might be a wart which is infectious. Do see a GP or podiatrist soon. I think the podiatry charges r much higher than GP if it turns out to be a wart.

Actually my colleague just brought her kid to NSC to remove a wart at the elbow & it costs them $80. She said it was just a small little one, the polyclinic referred them to NSC ( apparently no subsidies for this kind of cosmetic ) I hope this little ''corn or whatever it is wont be that exp…, yeah will do it after his exam finishes this week. Thanks!

In the meantime, use foot spray to disinfect his shoes or sun the shoes.

We needed to visit the podiatrist a few times before the wart on the sole is completely killed.
