Hi parents,
Just curious but according to the JH syllabus post listed above, there is this subject/programme called ‘Man and Ideas’ and ‘Governance of Society’.Are these subject/electives part of CCE or just a school-based programme to allow students to think creatively? Thanks:)

No, this thursday is not sports day. In fact the JH1-4 students have to come to sch early at 7.40am to join in the college's Go50 celebrations. Students can sign up to run/jog/walk to accumulate 50 rounds around NJ track.
My elder boy told me it is 50 man rounds, not one student runs 50 rounds on his own :rotflmao: which I initially thought so. -
Jennifer:
50rounds equate to abt 20km :rotflmao:sky12_:

Hi Ninjazz34,
Both MI and GS are graded. MI in Y2 and GS in Y1. -
PapaLearn:
Wrong info about the years.Hi Ninjazz34,
Both MI and GS are graded. MI in Y2 and GS in Y1.
GS is a compulsory subject for all JH levels.
MI is optional, through selection, at Jh3 and Jh4.
Both subjects are graded.
Refer to your child's module info booklet for details -
Thank you papalearn and overmars:)

Heard about the change in the way GPA is going to be calculated and the confusion.
Heard no more dean list this year onward, something like base on overall
percentage.
Jennifer, any ideas?
