There is a female teacher teaching in this school. Her daughter is enrolled in a Catholic girls' school in Toa Payoh. It seems that a number of other teachers teaching in other schools are choosing to enrol their daughters into that girls' school which is without affiliation. :?

not sure if this is right platform to air something…I usually park my car at the multi storey carpark to fetch my boys. There is this particular car driven by an old uncle…a white Nissan sedan…whom I witnessed crashing into parked cars while trying to reverse his own car in. I have witnessed it at least 2-3 times…please be beware…

            Hi

Is there catechism class and is it compulsory for Catholics to attend? If so from which year? What do non-Catholics do during that time? Do all have to attend mass and must Catholics receive communion?

            Thanks!

Its on Fri for the catechism class.
The rest of non catholics will have free play time in class, where they have games, or play chinese chess.

                Hi

Any parents here whose boy is in concert band? Can you share what is it like in terms of schedule and commitment. Asking bec my p1 boy just came back with a concert band cca letter and we r wondering whether to let him join. He seems quite lukewarm abt it, and when asked, said he would like to join wushu. So we are not sure whether to accept concert band for him. Appreciate sharing from parents here with experience. Tku.

How about table-tennis? My p1 boy was offered table-tennis, but need to go for lessons twice weekly. Not sure if we should let him take up now or should we let him take up a CCA only in p3.

Hi, my boy is successfully registered for P1 next year! :rahrah: :rahrah:

May i know if I do not wish to squeeze with other parents to buy school uniforms on orientation day, where else can I buy it from?

Another qn is how often do the P1s have PE classes? Is it true they will wear PE clothes for PE days and normal uniform for the other days? I am asking to know how many sets of PE clothes and school uniform to buy.
