Yeah. See how high the developer bought those land and also see how high the buyer bought those unit. If the market crashes suddenly, a lot of Pple will be screwed. So I think it Wint be allowed to crash, probably just modest a bit.

If you find a place you like - type, location, size, price, all the stars aligned - go for it. The same property may not be around for the same price. Unlikely to be much lower. A few % difference in price is really nothing.

A few % is not much compared with the full price but with the discount is still better than none.. Anyway for us nego will start soon.. Already expressed interest .. I think for what we are looking at, it won't be there for long..
