      999/fh, big, very big compound, approx $1000 psf, enbloc potential - need to few billion$$ to lift it off if at all, plot ratio increased, good size unit, surface car park, Olympic size pool, tennis courts etc, walking distance to mrt,

      Two types of units : 2+1 room approx 1200 sqft, 3+1 room approx 1650-1700 sqft, monthly mgt fee only $220
      you selling or intending to buy ? πŸ˜‚

        If show hand, she must have done quite a bit of homework..she also has strong financial backing.. Definitely not for normal people like us.. For a moment, we wanted to show hand too.. Grab citygate and lakeville.. But we hesitated on citygate.. Prefer to grab freehold next..

        Actually she doesn't have strong financial backing then, but she has the guts and of course did a lot of hw. She was the one who told me abt the prop mkt situation then as I was very busy with my work. The time I went in luckily not peak yet else I will be flattened but if I were to go in according to my plan which is one or 2 years later I may get almost the best price. But nobody knows la, so I still consider myself lucky in a way coz I was not caught at the peak..the peak came 6 mths after I bought it.

            I seen approx 15 different units .... wrote the cheque ... didn't go through because owner last minute wanted $30k more Very pissed by agent. Didn't buy. Got something somewhere else.

              Cashew height is super near where I stay now.. How do u know if there is enbloc potential? How to identify condos with enbloc potentials?

                Then what happened after u bought? U still staying or sold or rent?

                    Cashew Height has 596 units (more units more difficult to enbloc?) but the plot land is indeed very big. Do you think it will be enbloc? How is the land around there? Scarce? I think if developers want to buy, they have to split it into 2 'cos it is difficult to sell condos that have too many units like D'Leedon and Interlace.
