If show hand, she must have done quite a bit of homework..she also has strong financial backing.. Definitely not for normal people like us.. For a moment, we wanted to show hand too.. Grab citygate and lakeville.. But we hesitated on citygate.. Prefer to grab freehold next..
Actually she doesn't have strong financial backing then, but she has the guts and of course did a lot of hw. She was the one who told me abt the prop mkt situation then as I was very busy with my work. The time I went in luckily not peak yet else I will be flattened but if I were to go in according to my plan which is one or 2 years later I may get almost the best price. But nobody knows la, so I still consider myself lucky in a way coz I was not caught at the peak..the peak came 6 mths after I bought it. -
