Hi when is your child registering for P1? If I'm not wrong, now they are open for PV registration for children registering in 2017. Registration form can be collected at the school. Sad to say they won't reveal the number of PV they will take in each year...

Hi, to all parents who are trying their luck in Rulang next year, Phase 2C left with 21 seats (unless someone pull out last minute from Phase 1 to 2B)… according to my conversations with the staff there, under Phase 2C, no point for PRs or children staying above 1 KM to apply under this phase. For the past 15 years, Phase 2C will undergo balloting for those staying within 1KM. Good luck to those who are applying under Phase 2C!!!

Not so soon. Another few more years.[/quote]Hi if not so soon maybe you want to consider Grassroots Leader. My understanding is for PV interviews will be conducted after submitting your application and not necessary you will get it. For Grassroots Leader, the chances are higher but you need to start soon, preferably 3-4 years prior to P1 registration and the 2 years duration starts from the day you become member and not the 1st day you start joining them. Hope u understand.

Hi once you join you will be a Grassroots Leader Observer first. It is only after some time, depending on how active you are, that you will become Grassroots Leader member. The 2 years duration will start from the day you become a member.

Hi RB55, not too sure... I'm surprised as well. Definitely not someone privileged already applied for Phase 2C. No Principle will be so daring enough to challenge MOE... However, I do know during Phase 2B happen to receive an application for a twins children. My understanding is that if one of the twins gets in, the other gets in automatically as well. So maybe that twins happen to be the number 23 staying within 1KM.

This is not a mystery. They take in 16 volunteers. Used to be more, but they reduce to give pv higher chances of making it in p2b.

Mind you the process to be their pv is not easy. They are extremely selective.
