That's probably a good idea if you can afford the properties around there. I was not convinced - expensive and yet only 99 years. The property developers sell these projects as city-fringe but for me, can't bear with the CTE traffic (plus have to pay so much to use CTE)

Ds is in MSHS and was given the p1 registration form. He was from another primary school. Told him if the system don't change, he can choose to send his son to his pri school or Maris Stella in the future.
