That's probably a good idea if you can afford the properties around there. I was not convinced - expensive and yet only 99 years. The property developers sell these projects as city-fringe but for me, can't bear with the CTE traffic (plus have to pay so much to use CTE)

According to the school’s webiste, Maris Stella will not be accepting Parent Volunteers for 2011 babies. Does anyone know the reason behind this move and whether it’s going to be permanent moving forward? Thanks very much!!
