This is a spin off from the children are stressed thread? 😂

Typically watch drama, read manga and online novels. Very effective in staying cool and calm

Exactly. Parents should have their own thread too!

Taking a break from work = getting stressed with the kid after office hours, I thought?

During office hours, there's no academic or kid-related stress. Very happy hours 🙂 :siam:

My kids' school work have no effect on me as they are able to handle them themselves.

But this year (especially now), I am starting to feel the heat as PSLE draws nearer each day. That disrupts my peaceful life. :nailbite:

when kids are in school, I tidy up their rooms or the cupboards…pull out all the clothes to see which are the ones kids have outgrown and fold them neatly.

get hubby to take 1/2 day leave and we go out to have meals, window shop or grocery shopping.

If you are stressed then listen to music, watch funny movies, go out with family and friends. This will give some relaxation to your mind. Be happy always, enjoy every seconds of your life. http://cheapessaywritingservice.us/ for more information on writing.
