I can already visualise....
Mrs CKS: Do you love me?
CKS : I love you.
Mrs CKS: Do you think I'm getting fat?
CKS : I love you.
Mrs CKS: Does this look nice on me?
CKS : I love you.

1) If I could to turn back the clock, I would still marry you!
2) I would still marry you in the next life.

I do not wish to be insensitive to your problem(s), but just to digress abit, I hear those statements all the time from my mother, mother-in-law, wives, females friends and colleagues etc
I am very tired .... but what can I do.
So, for the husbands here, your wives might be screaming for help and support and you don't even know. I wonder what the husbands will do if their wives just collaspe or give up totally ....
I am a WFHD and do my fair share of household chores, my wife still complains and expects me to do more. Sometimes I wonder if it's human nature ... -
\"Women nature\" more likely...

BTW, what do you \"work\" as at home? -
ZacK:
...But I lost you there when you referred to \"self-contained way\"
Sorry... I wasn't clear. As you all know, we have started selecting very good posts in the forum to be published in the KiasuParents Portal. The purpose is to highlight such posts so that it is easier for others to find, and to give credit and recognition to contributors from our midst who take the time to help others in the community. See: http://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/content/our-kiasuparents.
What I meant by \"self-contained\" is that the post should work by itself, ie, there should be no need to refer to other posts in order to understand the full context. To retain the essense of the post, we try to do as minimal editing as possible when we put up posts as articles... we only clean up the obvious spelling errors and formatting. Once it is up, the original author is free to re-edit the post to his/her liking. -
heutistmeintag:
Hmm... thanks! Or maybe combine your ideas to double the effect:
How about
1) If I could to turn back the clock, I would still marry you!
2) I would still marry you in the next life...
\"Darling, if I climb up the chair to turn back the clock and fall and break my neck, I will still marry you in my next life.\"
Romantic enough or not har?
PS. Sorry... I'm disturbing the thread with my nonsense again. Thousand island apologies. -
ChiefKiasu:
Oh alright... Understand nowZacK:

And by the way, roses and any other flower (even with chocolates and diamonds) don't work on me. No wait, I'll take the diamonds....and sell them to get what I really want....perhaps a shopping trip in Japan ON MY OWN or MY OWN PC or....

My view is that art and music could come in the years before school - the academic will come in full force once they are in school so no pt doing that in preschool. Let them explore and enjoy art and music whether it helps in their IQs or not, I am not sure. But I know it sure makes them happy.
About decision making, I think if Daddy is busy making money , then mummy will have to take up the rest naturally. Consider that the mummy spent more time with the child and will be able to make the best judgement. As well as spend time on research . Not to mention checking out the Kiasu parents website for tips! I think generally daddies canβt be bothered with the nitty gritty stuff - so spare them the details.
JMHO.
