Popular is a good place to look out for assessment books.

          Arts and Craft

Normal price is SGD5.10, having good offer now, about 10% off.
Malaysia Harris sells at RM6 per copy.

          https://www.popular.com.sg/jsp/product/product_search.jsp?vca001=105&vas001=PRODUCERS&KEYWORD=Southern Printing & Publishing Co

The cheapest is to buy from Dangdang website, not for this set of arts books from Southern publisher but the alternative arts books.

Used to be real KS, bought loads of assessments books for DS, but in the end no time to finish all of them leh...so now just buy 1 book for each subject, but sometimes still end up buying more than 1 coz there are so many different types out there and just wanna make sure those I bought provided as many different topics as possible...just cannot get rid of this KS mentality πŸ˜›
