No idea about F Math. What I know is there will be a change in syllabus between H1 and H2 subjects. Currently, H1 material overlaps with what is studied at H2 level. With the change, H1 topics may be very different from H2 for some subjects. So students have to decide early on if they want to take the subject at H2 or H1 level.

There will be new components in F Maths, unlike our time.
Also, if one takes H2 FM, he has to take H2 Maths. There is no H1 FM.

So how FM fit into the requirements of having 1 contrasting subject in the 4 core subjects? Will students who take FM be able to take only one more science, given that Math is compulsory?
