          use garlic bulbs, pink daisy, it usually works. This was discussed in a separate thread. You may want to go there often. The parents do provide some very good hints/help for day-to-day household issues.

            sorry andaiz, where can i find the ‘tried and tested’? under which sub forum? i tried garlic bulbs but even the garlic bulbs r covered full with the bugs…

                        I keep my uncooked rice in a big Lock & Lock container (i buy 5kg rice). It is airtight and keeps my rice bugs-free. I seldom cook so my rice dun get used up so quickly and bugs still dun turn up. Give it a try. 😎
