Ans to qn 19 is 1. The one on art and the environment

Ds wrote 1 too. However, DS said most people wrote 3.

It should be 3?! Option 1 was on ENSURING that its members use environmentally friendly products only. Now, the passage did not say anything about ensuring. It said about ENCOURAGing. Plus, it was not about the members only, it was about the artists. Option 3 might be vague but definitely more accurate. I know this because my wife is an invigilator and she listened attentively. BUT still can't confirm though. Can you state your reason for your stand?

True, but wife argues that penguins hve to first adapt to africa then to Singapore. DS argues that if that was the answer then she was implying that singapore's climate is much worse than that but than wife challenged by saying that africa too, has winter. Why did your DS put option 1 for qn 19? I think it is incorrect.
