Chang clinic at B1 Bukit Timah plaza is decent.

If you are willing to travel a bit further down, healthcare medical @ Rail mall (used to be called Ming clinic and Link medical; but doc still the same) and Toh Yi family clinic at blk 19 Toh yi drive are both very good.
