There are 2 long tables placed in front of canteen, near school bookshop.
Parents have started donating books, placed them on the long tables.

Hi, may i know when will we receive the booklist for the purchase of next year’s books?


Do we go back during the school holiday to purchase the books then?

we will receive the report books during PTM?

Can I assume that we can donate the textbooks in the lower primary? there is no need to refer anymore right?

if u want, maybe can keep P1 Chinese textbook (1A, 1B)


but won’t need P1 Maths Textbook (1A, 1B) anymore
English : we used only Stellar worksheets, either pass down to younger sibling or give away to K2 children coming in for 2016 P1 next year.
you can place them on the long tables near the book shop, in front of school canteen.

school return all marked exam scripts, for (P1 & P2) parents to check.
any discrepancy in marks, pls highlight immediately next day, before Form Tr start to enter marks into Report card, write comments.


next Tue (17 Nov) -
school return (P1 & P2) students Report card, also give out 2016 P2 / P3 booklist.
can buy books from our school bookshop, or any Popular bookshop nearer your house.

Tues (17 Nov) is the last day of Term 4 school closure, unless students are invited to collect prize, for Prize Award day on Thur (19 Nov)


next Wed (18 Nov)
Parents Meet Tr session : for (P1 & P2).

After parents sign Report card, can return to Form Tr on Parents Meet Tr day.

Yes, correct.


Tue (17 nov) is effectively the last day of school Term 4 for (P1, P2), because -


Wed (18 nov) : parents meet (Form Tr & subject Tr), for the Child's Progress status report, but kids no need to go to school.
After session meeting, parents can return the signed Report card, give back to the Form Tr in charge, to keep.


Thur (19 nov) : no school, unless parents have been specially invited by P to see their kids go up the stage, to collect their award / prizes, from P.


Fri (20 nov) : no school
only P6 girls bid \"Auld lang syne\" departure to one another, busy prepare Farewell Graduation party.


Hence, Tues (17 nov 2015), is the last day of school, at Mount Sinai (Ghim Moh)
We shall see one another (\"hou hui you qi\"), when new Year start at Hillcrest, on Monday (4 January 2016)

I have some questions regarding the higher Chinese. Just reviewed the first P1 test book. The words appeared in the text book are a lot more than the quantity required in the MOE vocabulary. Actually, about 300+ more. During test, does RGPS strictly follow MOE vocabulary?


Of course, as a kiasu parent, the more the better, just not during test…
