      Hello to all

I am new to this thread. It seems only a while ago when DS did his psle (2014). Going to go through it again, this time round with DD next year!

if you have just 2 kids, then you are done with psle for good in 2016.
son did his in 2012, next year my daughter's turn. fortunately still using old syllabus for science.

Hi Janet! Yes, I have 2 kids and the 2016 psle will be the last psle hurdle for us. But it will be more challenging as my girl is very weak in math. So trying to garner some support and comfort from this thread. Haha! :hugs:

DS did quite badly for science section A MCQ. First time getting 10 wrong!!!! :imdrowning: I looked through the paper and realised he made most mistakes on cycles I.e plant and human reproduction , circulatory system. I am shocked as I had thought he is quite familiar with the topic. I also noted he made hasty decision to choose the answer , some careless ones that I feel like

              :spank:
Now scratching my head how to help him. Any 1-1 tutor to recommend ( no agency please) or any suggestion? Go thrugh past year test paper? Any particular assessment book? HELP!!!

there are just too many areas to look intoโ€ฆwhen I timed my daughter on paper 1 Math for speed and accuracy, her section C slide. for science, itโ€™s hard to tell when focus is on upper block/lower block.

Anyone heard of L central psle prog?

                  Any feedback?
Son does not have eng tuition n need to push him further to get a high A.
Was thinking mind stretcher , just education or L central.
                  Any views or recommendation?
We stay in the west. Have thought of learning lab but too expensive.
